Who Are We & What We Do For three generations, our family has owned and operated a wide variety of successful small businesses. Throughout the years, we have come to realize that most satisfied customers don't go out of their way to tell you why they DID enjoy their experience. Conversely, many negative experiences end up posted on the Internet or spread verbally in a highly biased and often times caustic manner. We agreed that it would be highly beneficial to know what we do well and what we could do to improve customer satisfaction BEFORE it resulted in a poor experience.
Consumer Vibes offers consumers a direct, confidential link to the business they are reviewing while providing the business an honest, specific review of their operation. The business can respond to the consumer's comments without the anonymity of the consumer being compromised. Via free, downloadable invitations, businesses simply ask their customers to review their operation, which gives the customer a direct voice in improving the operations they patronize.
